Changes to Privacy Policy?
Understanding that the my.firewalla was a proxy service to the locally stored data on the firewall - how does the MSP data get stored in the AWS instance? Are the flows E2EE or under a master firewalla private key? If it is not already E2EE and/or zero cloud log on flows - do you anticipate there will be an option to set our own encryption passwords in the future?
Is there already a documented/draft privacy policy associated with the MSP?

We will have a different privacy policy for the MSP.
Since MSP is fully hosted on amazon, locally stored data will be encrypted the same way that Amazon encrypts storage. Since your container needs to analyze data and store policies, the containers will need to see the data, hence they need to stay un-encrypted from firewalla software. (but may be encrypted at rest using amazon aws)
