FWG Box 1.9732 would not boot this morning (unit crashes and powers off while booting)
Provide safe boot method whereby LAN and WAN ports are disconnected internally (soft disconnect by firmware) and reconnected after a successful boot.
When I am remote from the installation site, I need the boot sequence to be reliable as I will not be able to physically disconnect the LAN and WAN port ethernet cables allowing the unit to boot successfully.

We are not sure if your issue is related to hardware or software at the moment. Please give us some time. Our engineers are monitoring your unit.
In general, our unit should not require ports to be disconnected for boots, when this kind problems happens, it is likely related to hardware (also may be software)
