Restrict inbound traffic on a port to single source

I'm trying to figure out how to set a Blue Plus to allow traffic from a single external source to reach a destination IP and port, but block all others. It sits behind a Meraki router that does the port forwarding. I can make the Blue block all traffic to the endpoint but can't seem to get it to allow a just one IP through.

  wouldn't a rule work since the natting is done by the Meraki? 

  action = Allow

  Matching = External IP  = 1.2.3.4

  On = Internal destination IP's device = 192.168.0.22 = myserver.lan

  Direction = Bi-directional

  Thanks. That was it. I was double natting using the ports instead of the internal address.
