Firewalla Purple Cannot Connect to Marriott Hotel WiFi

Can't connect to any Marriott network successfully on a Firewalla Purple (dozens of other network SSIDs otherwise work fine).

• DHCP doesn't generate an IP
• Static IP doesn't stick after input
• Due to no successful IP, no chance to get a browser prompt to login with
• Disabled DNS over HTTPS; no visible effect
• Reset has no effect, nor does deleting the WiFi network and re-adding
• Tried using beta and non-beta current versions over the past 45 days to no success

  I remember reading a post you had in reddit. Did you have ethernet + wifi both on? or just wifi? Does ethernet work?

  Ethernet does work so far in hotels, but they didn't use a portal for ethernet so far.

  And I've had both available/enabled, but whenever I'm attempting to connect the WiFi WAN in a hotel there are no ethernet cables attached.
