Our customers love to see the Geo-IP map on the Firewalla app.  Will it be included in the MSP eventually?  It would be nice on the main dashboard with different colors for each box perhaps.

  What do you mean by Geo-IP map? is it the map of the top region? I think we can make it happen for sure, since the computation is unique to the MSP cloud side, this feature will only be available to MSP managed devices. (app)

  Yes, we would like to see a map on the main dashboard that shows top regions, preferably for inbound and outbound flows.  Granular controls would be nice here, for example could we show blocked inbound flows and blocked counts by region?

  It would also be nice to have a map view of all our Firewalla boxes based on their location/region information.  This would be especially helpful if the devices were selectable and the selection took us to the box's unique dashboard page in the MSP.

  In short: Unified views for the main dashboard and per FW instance views on the device specific pages.

  If we are talking long term, ideal solutions... the map would be a central element in the main dashboard with outputs showing any combination of the following:

  • FW Box Location & Stoplight Status
  • Flows by Region (Inbound, Outbound | Blocked, Ok)
  • Active VPN Connections (Stoplight line for status?)
  • New Device Alerts

  Ideally flows would have the same filter functions as the flows page.  

  I see this map view being the core display in our NOC, visually triggering deeper review of flow data and devices.

  Perhaps this is a repeat, but I would love to see any summation feature (like a chart or table) to have a checklist of FW boxes to include with a "select all" and "clear" options.

  We would still love to see these features implemented. We are losing Firewalla customers to other platforms because of the ability to visualize the architecture and activity in the NOC.

  What do you mean by "visualize the architecture"? And by activity, do you mean attacks?
