Mute alarm by port range

MS Teams uses a fairly small set of UDP ports for point to point video calls.  These calls trigger alarms for Large Upload.  I created a rule that specifically allowed those ports thinking that would stop the alarms.  It did not.  Apparently the rule and alarm settings are not connected.  I don't see any way to mute based on port range.  Any ideas on how to accomplish this?
