Block Videos + IP Address

I have a Plex server (Different VLAN than normal LAN) that I need to add to the "All Video Sites" list. I see that when creating the rule to block "All Video Sites" you can hit the "i" icon and it gives you the ability to add custom URLS. I've added the Plex URLs to that list which works, but it can also be accessed via IP address. I've added it there, but didn't seem to work. Is this a URL only list? I had to add another block rule for the IP address.

I've got kids that like to watch, but they can't until all homework is done. It would be nice to add the IP address there so it's one rule to manage instead of 2 different ones I have to go hunting for.

  You need to manually add a block and make the rule block "default" rather than domain. (if your IP is not changing, then just add the IP will work too)

  Correct, I created another rule for the IP address Block... but that's two rules to manage instead of one rule. I like the "All Video Sites" as it *learns* video URLs.
