a rule that limit the time per hour, rather than per day (in order to reduce the use of whatsapp ect)

it would be great to have an option that allows whatsapp messaes to be sent / received once per hour . Whatsapp would be have access to internet from 10.00 until 10.05, then 11.00 until 11.05, then 12 to 12.05 etc. 

This would help kids (and parents) that keeps checking for new notification....
