Hardware issue

this is my second device i purchased, first one is hardware related, just stop working, second one port 3 is not working any more. how do i get these fix, not rich that i can just keeping buying new ones when it fails

  Best to contact support, and they will follow up with you. (I have created a ticket for you)

  All of our devices have a 1-year warranty (some also can purchase an extended warranty)

  Thanks for the post, I read through the warranty and it passed for both so nothing I can do  all hardware issued happen after 3 year so guess i will purchase another one with extend, i just wish there was a way to return then and have them fix
