Unable to find/connect printer with Web Services Devices - Gold
The Setup:
ISP Router(with Wifi) -> Firewall Gold -> Unifi APs
I am unable to find or manually connect to my printer (only has wifi interface) when the computer and printer are connected to the unifi APs. If I try to domain name (as configured in the APP) or the IP address (static IP lease via DHCP), I keep getting the following error:
Windows couldn't connect to the printer/ Check the printer name and try again. If this is a network printer, make sure that the printer is turned on and that the printer address is correct.
When I do a constant ping to IP or domain name there are no drops. I have no issue accessing the printer's UI via the IP or domain name.
I have this same issue on two different computers.
If I connect the printer to the ISP wifi, there is no issue installing or printing.
Before I installed the Firewalla Gold, I had the exact same setup but I was using an openwrt router. Both computers were able to install or print when connected to the Unifi APs.

Yes I have tried to reboot the printer and did an firmware upgrade as well, no difference
I was able to manually add the printer (as a web services device), but I had to add a rule on the printer to allow all bi-directional traffic. It still does not detect the printer when I do a scan.
I have no idea why the rule is needed as the computer and printer are on the same local network, or why it started happening when I swapped the openwrt (no issue scanning for the printer) to firewalla. I double checked my settings on the openwrt and there were no rules in place.

I have a second network segment (work) and there are rules in place to prevent traffic between the networks. However, I am not trying access the printer (which is on the home network) from the work network.
Before adding the rule I was unable to manually add the printer via either the IP address or DNS name. The DNS name is configured in the firewalla app.
