YouTube- Some videos not found

Hello. I’m running into an issue where we cannot see videos under a channel. When going to look for the videos, I’ve made sure anything being blocked is allowed. Not that shorts appear under the shots tab, but videos are blocked. When I turn on Emergency mode, all videos can be seen. Any thoughts on what I can try?

  I’ve tried with Safari and Chrome. Also same scenario on TVs, iPhones, iPad, etc.

  Very likely, you turned on safe search. Double-check this first. Safe search will not show videos marked NOT as kid-friendly. (Also check your settings)

  And also check these. (very unlikely, but standard procedure)

  If Emergency Access helps, I'd suggest follow Step 2.1: Identify the blocking rule using blocked flows to examine blocked flows first. 
  
  If no related blocked flows are seen, better check your DNS settings.

  If you disabled safe search, tried emergency access, and you don't see any errors on youtube page, then likely it is the account configuration. (age ... etc ...)

  If you can't find any block flows, and turned off any DNS features (Doh/Unbound) but still can't determine the cuase of block, feel free to open a ticket and our support can take a look
