No QR Code on purple

I have recently bought a purple from amazon in uk. The unit isnt discoverable on bluetooth and the qr code is missing off the botom of the unit. Can you help?

  Did you buy it from Firewalla? If you did that, please contact help@firewalla.com

  If you bought from a 3rd party, then you can't use the unit without the QR code. You will need to contact the seller directly
