Feature request - target lists for port/protocol combinations

I would love to be able to create target lists for port/protocol combinations to avoid clutter and mistakes.

For example, I would like to create my own target list for common VPN ports, to keep the kids from sneaking around rules. Same story for Minecraft, which sets up its own tubes and bleeds through gaming blocks.
