"porn activity" spreading? - tse3.explicit.bing.net

In the last few days, by young daughters iPad has been reported by firewalla as accessing tse3.explicit.bing.net.  Then my older daughter, and just now, even my MacBook whilst I'm sitting working on a word document.

The logs show it has been blocked e.g. 3 times in the last 12 hours and even happened on my daughters iPhone when all apps were out of memory and I had it in my hand.

Is there really something 'spreading' on our network between iOS devices and a MacBook?  It's obvious why this url is being reported, but does anyone have any advice on how now identify the source of it?

Obviously it's being blocked in our home network, but concerned if devices are taken outside of Firewalla protection.

  That's strange - going back to the logs, the Alarms are still there for the above domain, but the description of them has now changed to: proxy.safebrowsing.apple.com in the Network Flows.  I presume there was some error in the DNS lookup?

  Do you have another layer of filtering on your network? What it seems is something may have blocked the DNS lookup or returning a DNS result that may match a few domain queries.
