Unable to click devices in MSP

    I pasted screenshots but the post says "pending approval".

    On the top right corner, did you select all devices, or from a particular box? or do all instances doesn't have any devices?

    (edit: I do see the screenshot, we use zendesk, and sometimes these things are pretty slow to come out ... likely spam filters or something related)

    If you tap on "Rules button" and then tap on "Devices" again, do you see everything reloads after that.

    I see the devices listed, but when I click on one of them I get the same message above and then the list of devices are gone and it says "No Data".
