Gold SE freezes. Wifi cease to work. Lan ok. Need to reset to recover.

    Need a few bit of extra information

    1. When hang happens, is your LAN still up? meaning, can you still run the firewalla app? or if you know how, ping the firewalla from a local device?

    2. If your LAN is up, was your WAN up? ping 1.1.1.1? or launch the app and then tap network button tap on diagnose at the bottom?

    3. Did you recover the unit by rebooting?

    4. What's the status light look like when hang happens?

    1) lan down. Wifi down. Fire app no. Must restart. 2. WAN ok. 3. Yes. Like blue blink I think. It’s inside the server cabinet. Not easy to see. Will notice if happens

    Do you mean when the problem happens, your LAN is down? App can't access the unit and WAN is up?

    Yes. Just happened now. LAN no internet. Gold SE no status led shown. ISP router internet is normal. Only when cycle power on Gold SE, the internet returns
