X-VPN not blocked

Hi everyone,

I saw a very old post about this before, but I can still see in my network and need to resolve. With X-VPN installed on iphone, a kid is able to bypass a gaming-blocking rule. 

At a personal level, tracking all IPs, ports or even domains for those websites won't work. Do you have any idea on how to practically do it?
