User Flows vs Activities

I have my kids as users, their devices of ipad / iphone / playstion grouped accordingly.

I can block the playstation in their user rules as "gaming" and they can't use it.  But if I allow it for an hour, etc it never shows up as an activitiy.  It will show in network flows, but not a time of how long they were on the playstation.  

I know the IP I am tracking is correct, b/c it won't work unless I give them gaming time.  They are playing games not in the list that Firewalla knows, so I am guessing it's b/c of that maybe?  

I can't think of any other reason why the activities don't show up as a time limit.  Any suggestions?

  Due to the diversity of each app, we can only track Activity Time for the apps on our supported list. (See the full list of apps here.)

  That's what I thought was the issue.

  So the only way to track a playstation or another gaming device is simply to block "gaming" in the user's rule, correct?

  Yes, in this scenario, gaming rule is the best to use here to grant your kids gaming time.
