Emergency Access and Monitoring Features

Emergency Access and Monitoring buttons are locked and not able to toggle between enabling it or disabling those features. At the moment it's Emergency Access that is locked. Thank you.

  Hi Jon D,

  Is Monitoring turned on? In order to toggle the Emergency Access feature, Monitoring must be enabled first.

  No emergency access is turned on while the monitoring is turned off. And the emergency access is in pink color and cannot be disabled. And only certain devices are doing this. Mainly devices that are not ours.

  Hi Jon, just to clarify: what Firewalla Mode is your box running in? (Go to your Box Main Page > Settings > Features > Mode)

  If you want to turn on/off Emergency Access, please turn on Monitoring first, then adjust Emergency Access.
