Static route traffic drops when WAN drops
I'm using a Peplink MAX Pro 5G as a cellular WAN for failover backup connected into a Firewalla Gold. The Peplink LAN interface is on a different subnet from the local LAN and I have a static route setup to access the Peplinks admin interface. Everything works fine as long as the cellular WAN is up but the route is dropped if the WAN drops.
Any ideas how I should be configuring this so I can access the Peplink interface if the cellular WAN connection is down?

You can specify a Route Preference. For each route, you can select either Static, which drops the traffic if the selected interface is not available; or Preferred, which allows the traffic through an alternate route if the selected interface is not available.

Thanks, I had looked at that but don't see a way to setup an alternate route in this scenario. I could temporarily add another cable from the Peplink LAN port to the LAN switch temporarily bypassing the Firewalla but that would be a security issue. Hoping someone had come across something like this that might have some insight.
