Likely he has access to your firewalla. Tap on settings -> Advanced -> Paired Phones, if you see something that's not yours, tap on it and "unpair"

After you unpair, peel off the license sticker from the firewalla.

I have this problem too. Only my wife’s and my phone are paired to Firewalla. My eldest son is getting around monitoring somehow, specifcally for his “grouped” computers (laptop and desktop).

Most nights we go to sleep with Monitoring on only to wake up and find Monitoring off, Emergency access on for both devices in this group. Not for his phone, and not for the other groups for my youngest son.
Both control phones are with us, I don’t think he is using them, but if there is a log I could check I can confirm that.

Feels like he is turning monitoring off on his end somehow

Hi Jai Terry, we highly recommend that you physically protect your Firewalla:

    • Peel off the QR code on the Firewalla and store it in a safe place.

    Then in the Firewalla App:

    • Check Paired Devices and delete unrecognized devices

We don't currently have an audit log for these changes. However, you can check this feature request for updates: https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4403720972051-Feature-Request-Audit-Trail

Do your kids have access to your phones or computers (I have the iphone app running on my laptop as well as my phone)?

No John - as I stated the phones are with us when this switch off is happening and no Firewalla app on my computer (which is password protected anyway).

I’d be happy to verify via a log
