Push Notification on WAN Down

I have the Gold & Gold SE firewalls and I am receiving notification for new devices in Quarantine.  But I will not get failure notifications like the WAN down.  Is there a setting I need to change?  I looked and did not see anything for this.

  Hi @Phanks01, when your WAN goes down, does it display in your Network Events?

  There is a certain period before the app sends a notification that your box is offline. If the WAN is only down for a few minutes, it might not generate a notification.

  Today I had an outage of 20 minutes and never received a push notification.  I reviewed the document suggested and my configuration is pinging 75.75.75.75, 8 times with a success rate of 50%.

  When your network was down, was your phone up and able to receive notifications? Are you using Android or iPhone?

  Yes my phone was up and working.  In this situation we had to replace the ISP fiber adapter so all services to the firewall were down.  In the app it shows there was an outage, I just never received a notification on my phone.  The ping test targets are the DNS servers and github.com.

  How long was the down event? firewalla cloud will send a formal notification for sure

  It was down for about 20 minutes.
