Is Purple’s bandwidth capped only to 600 mbps?

  Purple's Packet Processing Speed is up to 1Gbps. If you are having speed issue, best to follow Speed Tests and Speed Optimization with Firewalla to see where the bottleneck could be.

  If I run a speedtest, it can reached around 800 mbps (which is my correct speed plan). But if I transfer files to my OneDrive, it caps at 600 mbps max.

  Is the OneDrive in the cloud? or on the LAN? When you are doing trasnafers to an application, the application itself may not be able to handle the full speed
