Ceiling AP7 light not controlled by option after recent update

I have a ceiling AP7 that has is configured to turn the status light off. A recent update has resulted in the light being illuminated all the time not matter whether the option “Status Light” is enabled or disabled. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Any other reports that this is a regression bug in a recent build?
