Opera.com and VPN's

Opera has recently made some changes, and now ordinary operation is hitting your VPN block. I don't think this is real VPN behavior. I'm wondering if there is a way to manage this differently, so that I don't have what look like so many false positives for VPN use?

I've also created a sketchy browser target list. Any chance of something more curated and professional?

  May I know how you are hitting the VPN blocks? do you just use the opera browser and it is not loading?

  No, I'm playing defense. I hate Opera. I have an entire target list to keep it from working. My issue is that the recent changes on their end are hitting your VPN block for what looks to me like normal operating procedure. That is, I don't see any evidence of actual VPN use. But I get tons of hits when I use the block VPN rule. I want to block VPN's, but I wish the signal was not so noisy.
