Ecobee and AP7 Connectivity

My ecobees were stable and connected but dropped off wifi a few days ago. Now they will not join any firewalla/ap7 ssid. Ecobees will connect to my iphone hotspot. I suspect the recent Firewalla firmware update is the cause as the ecobees dropped conincidentally with the firmware deployment and had been working and stable for months. 

Anyone else have this problem?

  How is your SSID configured? WPA2/3? I also created a ticket for you, in case you are not comfortable answering some detailed questions

  We saw you had a ticket already created with us. The new ticket will be merged to the old ticket thread to make communication easier.

  We switched from a Nest to an Ecobee last week and it connected to our AP7s no problem. Just adding this here as another data point.
