native vlan question

Current : Firewalla <- trunk------trunk -> Cisco <- trunk(with native vlan) --------trunk-> Unifi switch.
Future : Firewalla <- trunk(???)----------trunk-> Unifi switch.
I was able to configure my cisco switch to a unifi switch port with a trunk with native vlan xx to manage the unifi switch. Soon i will get rid of my cisco switch. Is there a way to configure the native vlan (or equivalent) in firewalla to manage the unifi switch in trunk port? I tried to create a svi in unifi switch but no luck so far.
