  Hi Richard Kornman, are you seeing any specific error messages? You'll need to scan the QR code using the Firewalla app, not the phone camera app. Please see this guide on pairing: https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/44651501323155-Firewalla-Extended-Warranty-Pairing-Guide
