Should I turn off WiFi on my phone during setup?

I thought I read this somewhere but now I can't find it again. When I first set up a new Purple should my phone be on mobile data only? I already have WiFi in the house but I am setting up the Purple on a completely new separate network with a different ISP today. Thanks for any advice.

  When you are installing / activating any firewalla device, you should have internet access, it really doesn't matter if you are on WiFi or LTE/4G.

  I am using the Purple as my main router directly connected to the FIBER ONT. It is working fine for Ethernet. Can I switch my phone back to WiFi now? The WiFi is a different network? Thanks.
