LED blue light on Gold Pro

Hi friends,

 

I have a Gold Pro, after upgrading iPhones to the 17 pro max.  After the upgrade the Firewalla app seem to be stuck or hung, while the Gold Pro's LED lights were not on.  After unplugging and re-plugging in, the same result occurred.  So I deleted the app, re-installed.  Unplugged the Gold Pro, re-plug in......the blue light was on for 10 minutes or so, then off.  However the Gold Pro appears to be working, by checking the Firewalla Dashboard and Diagnostic however all the LED lights are off.  I thought the blue light should be on if its working normally.

Any ideas?  Maybe a hard re-set ?

  When the unit is running, the status LED should be off. This is normal.

  After you updated your iPhone, did you migrate over the app? if you did, do you see the app icon? if not, you may need to pair the unit again. Let me know if you need help with that

  Well I simply deleted the existing app, re-downloaded the app, and re-paired , then everything seems ok, thanks.
