MSP and new phone and app

I have an iphone and got a new one.  I had setup via local and scanning before i became a MSP user.  once I got my new phone, all the boxes are no longer in my app.  Some of the boxes are a decent ways away and I don't want to have to redo a local scan.  Do I have any options?

  Use the QR code at the bottom of the hardware, that should get you back on track.

  I don't want to drive 3 hours to do that and they are all in a rack which means I'd have to spend 20 min taking it out, un screwing it and putting it all back.

  If it’s decent away, have someone you know to take a picture of QR code and have the picture sent to you.

  Did you wipe your old phone? You can use this to share access https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004369774-Pairing-a-new-phone-with-your-Firewalla-box

  On your new phone, did you setup as new or restore from backup? if you restore from backup, you should get the old app data loaded. If not, did you get any errors after launching the app? (if you are using iphone, did you restore from icloud? did you wait a bit after restore from icloud to run the firewalla app?)
