Spotify Offline

I have a recurring issue with Spotify on my iPhone that I cannot figure out. Firewalla Purple user.

Spotify often loads on my iPhone but is "offline" when connected to the firewalla router and home wifi. Sometimes, disabling wifi on the iphone and then re-enabling it solves the problem. Most of the time, it does not.

I'm running a stock router config in line with the wifi switch. I've tried turning off adblock settings, DNS options, etc but cannot figure out why this is happening. I do not have any kind of quarantine settings or subnets. If I exit Spotify on the phone and restart, it makes no difference. Spotify is not showing up in blocked flows, in fact there are no blocked flows at this time.

Is there anything I can try tweaking to see if there is a permanant fix to this problem? iPhone IP privacy settings? I'm just looking for ideas as it is pretty frustrating.

Tap on devices, tap on the device running spodify, turn on emergency access. If that fixes the issue, the problem is related to a rule you installed.

Thanks. Emergency access has no effect. I don't think I have any filters or blocks in place either. I'll try the NAT passthrough.

Likely something else on your network, try to disable ipv6, make sure there is no VPN used, disable icloud private relay ...
