Can I use either Purple port as a WAN port?

I am planning to use a Purple as the main router. Does it matter which port I connect to the fiber ONT coming into the building? On the pictures of the Purple I don't see a WAN port labeled.

  Oh wait. I found a picture where WAN port is labeled.

  So I guess the other one goes into the network switch.

  Yes, WAN to the right and LAN to the left if you are using Purple in router mode.
