Firewalla ARP Handling Breaks K8s MetalLB

The problem stated here is exactly my problem. However, the solution is not viable for me. There needs to be a way to disable ARP Learning on Firewalla. Or a way to override it such that Static IPs actually statically assign IPs and do not let Firewalla ARP handling clobber my static IPs with incorrect ones Firewalla gets from MetalLB behaviors.
