Purple is not working
Hello,
I receieved my purple and I tried to install it in bridge mode in a small company network.
During the first attempt to install it the internet connnection broke down. This was just a coincidence but I had to cancel the installer. The next day when I was trying to install the purple again it did not show up in my app. Even after a reset nothing happens.
Then I thought I will flash the image back again - as described on the homepage. Unfortunately even this does not work. The blue light kept flashing for 12 hours and nothing happened.
The firewalla support first talked to me via mail but then suddenly stopped replying. i'm very dissapointed with the experience.
How can I get it to work - or how can I get my money back?
