MSP even close to real-time

It seems that the MSP is at least a minute behind the changes I make on the App.  Specifically, if I mute or clear an alarm on the App, and then refresh the MSP web page, it takes at least 3 or 3 refreshes and a minute or more for the alarm count to update on the MSP page.

Is there a way to make this more real-time, and some documentation the differences/limitations of the MSP

  edit: At the moment it does that long to sync configurations, this is due to how our infrastructure is not catching up with growth; we are working on optiimzing this syncs, should be within seconds in 2.9.0 (coming later this month or October)
