Multi wan - traffic shaping

I have a multi wan setup. However my failover  wan is not high speed.

 

I want shape traffics through smart queuing only in situation of failover 

 

any suggestions.

  you mean, if failover, shape youtube to be less than 10mbit per second type of function?

  Yes.

  Example

   

  If fail over - then 

   

   some devices get prioritized ‘’or video gets less priority or Dowload limit.

  Not possible, the shaping part is based on the destination, not the destination + egress interface. Implementing such will likely make everything else more complex. 

  Have you tried to fix the high bandwidth activities such as video to the main interface? and then when failover happens, the video traffic will be cut off and rest of the traffic should be running until the main interface gets back?
