Is it possible to have a strict AdBlock rule for a group, and a standard AdBlock rule for another group ?

  No, there is only one type of ad blocker list active in the system. are you running into issues with the strict mode?

  Well, 
  I am still investigating, but I have a byzantine behavior of my browser (Brave) and sometimes few sites are unreachable. If I check with ToR using onion ring, the site is reachable. After ten minutes, the site come generally back online with Brave.

  I do not know if it is a Firewalla issue, a Brave issue, an ISP issue, or a DNS issue (I use DoH). I deactivated the strict AdBlock rule, but it happened at least one time more... So I am not sure at all it's a firewalla issue

  Think it's more related to DoH, cause the error is DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE
