VOIP phone system not being recognized by firewalla gold in router mode

I just installed the gold router and connected it directly to a Verizon  FIOS ont.

I am not using any other router as I don't use wi-fi in my office.

I am getting internet but I have two VoIP phones and they are no longer working and not showing up in devices. I have a single ethernet cable coming out of one of the ports on the router and connected to a 6 port switch. I have two computers connected to the switch and they are working fine. I can't get my phone system to work though.

  Are these two phones need the FiOS to connect? do you see these phones under devices?

  I was able to fix it. For some reason two computers as well as the phones were connected through a switch. The FG was detecting the computers but not the phones.I connected the phones directly to the FG router and the phones are working fine now. Now I have to figure out why my ip camera is not connecting even though it is plugged directly into the router.

  What kind of switch do you have? do you have a managed switch? We have seen one case where another customer was using a managed switch that was pre-configured with another network, which then causes problems ...
