Firewalla GOLD router mode dual wan Starlink (Direct to Dish) and Xfinity (NetGear CM2000) resolved by removing IPv6
Resolved by disabling IPv6 on Firewalla GOLD for the Netgear CM2000 port - disables ipv6.
Details:
Firewalla would not configure Netgear CM2000 port via DHCP and would in some cases hang the Firewalla from all communication. Unplugging the Netgear CM2000 would resolve the communication hang.
I was able to resolve the issue by disabling IPv6 on the Netgear CM2000 port in the Firewalla WAN config. As soon as that was done there was immediate DHCP config on the port and full dual WAN functionality.
Note this was not an issue with the previous Netgear CM400.
Environment:
Firewalla GOLD in router mode dual WAN configuration
port 3: WAN 1: Starlink ethernet cable direct from dish power brick
port 4: WAN 2: Xfinity 1.2Gbs provisioning (Netgear CM2000)
We are not currently using IPv6 so this resolves all issues for us in the current configuration. Just thought it might help out someone else. All issues vanished the instant I disabled IPv6 on the Netgear port which disables it for all effectively. Did not dig into the details of root cause.

As I recall, the starlink application defaults to expecting the dish at 192.168.100.1. Hence the need to put in static route if you have NAT between you and the dish. And though that would be an issue for the starlink application, I cannot see how that would confuse the firewalla itself for a health check. I am assuming you have both starlink dishes directly connected to the Firewalla and any wifi or router is on another port. Sorry I can't think how to help with that. Wish you luck.

Now i am also thinking of using wiwafifa wifi extender with Starlink router.
