iOS app crash when trying to log into desktop browser

Just installed a Firewalla Purple with no problems. Have used TestFlight to use Firewalla app on both iPhone and iPad. Used the iOS app to scan the QR code to use the desktop browser several times successfully.  Today, have tried multiple times to use the desktop browser, scan in the QR code at which time the browser says scanned successfully, but the iOS app crashes and I am left waiting to hit the log in on the iOS device which has crashed.

  Can you try using Scan on the Home screen? It is located in the upper left corner of the home screen.

  Sorry, don't understand.  The QR code is on the log in page.  When I scan it with my iphone or my iPad, the iOS application crashes, so I cannot hit the log in button on the iOS device

  I meant to use the scan button at the top left of the app home page to log in to the web interface.

  Please check the email. A support ticket has been opened on this issue. Can you provide more information on the support ticket?
