How to unblock a website for a device?

Yesterday I was trying to pay a bill online and wasn't getting through. When I checked Firewalla, the site was being blocked, but only for the device I was on.  

When I go to the device in the Firewalla Gold app, then go to the Block widget, then click on the 'Blocked Flows' tab, then scroll down to the website name, the Flow details show that it is blocked by IP Filtering.

I believe this site is safe? How to I unblock this site just for this device/laptop?  I was able to pay the bill using my iPhone instead.
