Audible blocked on chromebook

Hello, Firewalla is blocking Audible suddenly for no reason on our chromebooks. Other computers and devices are fine. Please help.

  Check your rules button and see if there is anything that may block audible. I

  Also tap on devices, find your chromebooks, tap on it, tap and turn on emergency access, if that does not fix issues, let us know
