    I have apple products and IBMs and Xfinity router I can not get the blue plus to do what it’s supposed too. I even had my tach sister try. It’s so useless I waisted 199$ for nothing but a blue box. I thought I was getting something to protect my son apparently it’s a expensive Christmas ornament.

    Either @maryannps gave back the blue plus or it's working now. But actually i think it's not working, because he didn't write here again. Or was a blue plus sold over ebay?

    Well, when you haven't made use of the 30-day return policy, and the initial anger should have passed, we can get to work on finding out exactly what went wrong with the setup.
    Because although I only have the small "red", I am very enthusiastic in the few weeks that it has been running so far. And my network is a bit more complex than just an Internet router.
    Did you use DHCP-Mode? Or Simple-Mode? What are your steps during setup and which point was not working? Could you pair the device? Or was the first problem based there already?
    Some routers are not familar with firewalla's simple mode and so it won't work. I'm using experimental simple mode and it's working well with my german brand AVM Fritzbox 7590.
