How do I make a rule so that*.nextdns.io is allowed?

For strange reasons my Gold does not like some NextDns servers.
Now and again they get blocked. 
After picking about I think it is a GeoIp issue.

Having blocked traffic from Romania it tracks some Ips there. 

That is fine.

I do want my nextdns traffic ot continue, so I create a rule to allow traffic to and from
nextdns.io

But it still blocks access to Appple.nextdns.io.

How do I configure a dns wildcard rule?

I swear i saw the option once, but I havent been able to find it again.

  all of the rules will include the sub-domains. if you allow foo.io, a.foo.io and b.foo.io are also implicitly allowed. Unless there is another block which uses the same IP address.
