Ethernet port 3 continuously flashing

I have been having issues with my Firewalla Gold. It could no longer connect via PPoE to our ISP so I reset it. Now port 3 keeps flashing. I followed the instructions for flashing the device but it doesn't cycle through port 4 to 1 and is stuck on port 3. What could be the issue?

  It usually means it can't flash the image to the disk on Gold successfully or the usb stick's performance is slow.

  For a typical USB 2.0/3.0 sticks, the flashing takes about 10 mins, and if port 3 keeps flashing for more than 10mins, something is wrong.

   

  If you have a monitor, connect Gold with the monitor via HDMI, it will show any error message on the screen if connected.
