Firewalla blue plus not blocking youtube

So my family has all apple devices with the exception of one Amazon fire tablet, youtube is considered a major distraction and i wanted to have it blocked, but i have youtube block on also video block, and it blocks nothing im concerned i have a setting wrong 

i need to figure this out so anything helps

  Tap on the monitoring button, and see if you are in simple mode. If you are there is an ipv6 option, turn that on.
