Firewalla Gold behavior inside the firewall

I just installed an FWG yesterday. I love the mobile interface and the beta web interface is progressing very nicely. I applaud and support companies that seek to prove that power and simplicity are not mutually exclusive.

But I am having a problem for which I hope someone can help.

My internal network is 10.0.0.1/24. FWG is the gateway. I have a machine with windows RDP on 10.0.0.4 but I no longer have access it using RDP. And the odd thing is when I pint 10.0.0.4 from another machine on 10.0.0.1/24 I get this:

My box is version 1.973, the app is 1.47.1 (5), I have DHCP turned on starting at 10.0.0.11 (and manually assign static IP devices between 2 and 10 - maybe this is the problem?), and the FWG is in router mode.

  Are both the devices listed under devices in the app?

  No... the 10.0.0.167 wasn't listed... After doing a reboot things began to work properly. That's the second reboot I've had to do in the past two weeks of owning the FWG to resolve an issue.

  Have you checked your DHCP table and make sure the statically assigned IP doesn't clash with the DHCP space on the LAN?
