I have abnormal behavior on my Firewalla advice continuously signs on its scarce AC TNC0636

 

I have abnormal behavior on my Firewalla a device continuously signs on its scaresact-C0636

 

It is continuously signing on to the Firewalla and it is an unknown vendor and an unknown IP address I don't know what to do to make this unknown user stop continuously signing on but I need to know which settings to change her to stop I turned on quarantine devices and it's been quarantined almost 25 times

  Hi

  Do you mean you are getting new device alerts?  Do you have iOS mac randomization turn on?

  Yes i am on a ipad getting constant new device alerts from unknown or SCARESACT dont know either of these devices or how they are getting on

  In this case, you will need to turn on https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058853313-Firewalla-New-Device-Quarantine

  And then you will need to be creative to find this device ... try to turn off / on things ... or maybe even change the password of your wifi and see which device complains.  Most of the time, this may be an iOS (or android) device that's randomizing MAC ...
