Continuous blocking

I am new to firewalla and installed Gold in router mode yesterday. It's working fine. When I open the app I see that over 42% of incoming activity is being blocked. It's from all over the world from Germany to China. Stuff like telnet ports are being blocked. Is it normal behavior or I am a target of hacking crime group. There are multiple blocks every minute.

  Internet scan's are pretty normal ... I get lots of those as well. There is no way to stop them from scanning ...
